Pork, Cabbage & Scallion Dumpling

Filling: Pork, Cabbage, Scallion, Sugar, Corn Food Starch-Modified, Monosodium Glutamate, Salt, Sesame Oil, White Pepper Powder.

Dough: Bleached Wheat Flour, Water, Corn Food Starch-Modified, Salad Oil (Vegetable Oil (Soybean, Canola)), Salt.




Air Fry




Step 1

Place frozen product (not defrosted), into boiling water for about 9-10 minutes. 

Step 2

Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. 

Step 3

Cook until dumplings are floating, then drain and serve.

Step 1

Place frozen product (not defrosted) flat onto oiled and pre heated pan.

Step 2

Using medium heat, fry until dumplings skin turn light yellow. 

Step 3

Add some water and continue to heat the dumplings until the water has been evaporated and dumplings skin becomes crispy.

Step 4

Pan fry for about 2 more minutes until all sides are golden brown. 

Step 1

Heat air fryer to 360 °F (182°C).

Step 2

Lightly coat frozen dumplings with oil.

Step 3

Put the dumplings in and set timer to 8-10 mins (time may vary slightly depending on your air fryer).

Step 4

Check the dumplings halfway through, and if they appear to be getting dry, very lightly coat dumplings with oil.

Step 5

Cook until the edges are golden brown.

* The above 3 cooking instructions require internal temperature reaches 166°F (74°C) or above, measured by the use of a food thermometer.
